If You Don't Like What I Have To Say, Don't Freaking Read This

Yes. I have peeves with tons of CannonXCannon fics.

1. Cliches: Same parings, same basic plots, DIFFERENT writers. I understand if you liked the idea after seeing it, but making a 'cloned fic' really makes me want to change fandoms.

2. The same pairings: There's way too many
Sess/Kags than Inu/Kags (considering that Inu/Kag is actually
cannon while Sess/Kag is a whimsical fangirl fantasy writers come
up with to insert themselves disguised as a cannon character.
Believe me, making Kagome into a Mary Sue, doesn't mean readers
don't notice its actually 'you' you're writing
about.

3. One Female Heroine in 90% of all fics in a
fandom: It gets really boring, repetitive,
unrealistic. There's not that many plot ideas for said female
mostly she's the only love interest for ALL males. Perfect
examples are 'Fujioka Haruhi' or 'Higurashi Kagome'. In Bleach,
'Kuchiki Rukia' is slowly starting to get the worn down overly
used heroine routine by being paired up with not only ALL
males, but in some occasions even females. These cannon-sues
are also infesting crossovers. (Kagome is the one being mostly
used in the crossover genre)

4.  More yaoi then het in a
fandom: I LOVE YAOI! But when you
see that 9 out of every 10 fics is yaoi, you begin to
HATE it. Go to AFF.net to see how much yaoi there is in
comparison to het or yuri in the following
fandoms: Final Fantasy, Bleach, Inuyasha.

5. Author's Comparing themselves to a
cannon-heroine: Mary-Sue much?

6. Everyone falling in love at first
sight.

7. Reverse Harem fics: No matter how you
color a female-cannon, you're succesfully making her a
self-insert by making her fuck everybody that has a hot body,
especially when you make it all into her POV and no one refuses
her or finds her behavior odd.

8. Mary-Suing a cannon-female: People have to
avoid describing how BEAUTIFUL a cannon female is in their
stories and how everybody both male and female instantly fall
in love with them for their 'gorgeousness'. It's redundant,
stupid and fucks up the mangaka's cannon creation so much that
the fanfic author should be banned from writing ever again.
These overzealous writers have made me HATE certain
cannon-females. Every time I read in a fic with the
following 'SHE'S SO CUTE!' or see guys making bets about
who wins the hot 'new girl' in school, I feel like FLAMING
it.

9. SciFi, most OCC AUs (mostly when in stupid oneshots),
Vampire Fics for fandoms that don't even have vampires,
Werewolf fics, incubus/succubus fics, 'human fics' ( alot of
Inuyasha fics have done that by making all yokai human in AU,
so has Bleach), magical people in universes that are not
so magical (like a flying witch in a OHSHC
fanfic) ect.,

10. Fluffying hot 'cold characters': I'm
SCARED of reading Sesshy fics or Byakuya fics (even Ulquiorra
fics for that matter) because of them being OCCd and fluffied
out to inrecognition.

11. Superficial character depictions: Make them
feel alive, not like a 'dummy' that does things without
feelings, thoughts or likes and dislikes. I know some people
don't analize characters the way I do, but geez! Most
characters aren't even FELT.

12. Grammer, grammer, grammer! I suck at it too,
but make an effort in writing something legible.

I'll write more when I see
more bullshit or get bored. And yes, this was a RANT.

FLAMER: Sad uncreative idiots with some or no writing experience (sometimes AUTHOR ENVY). Every writer faces these morons and are sometimes put out of writing altogether by what they say. There's a difference between helpful criticism and being just an ass with a huge chip on his/her shoulder. Most of their few comments are limited to YOU SUCK!/STOP WRITING!/WHY DID YOU DO THAT TO (character name)?!/THIS IS A MARY SUE, WHY ARE YOU WRITING THIS CRAP?!/YOU'RE A HORRIBLE WRITER!/I'M GOING TO TELL EVERYONE IN MY TWITTER TO FLAME THIS STORY! (some c*nt in LJ tried to do that to my fic 'Reflection' and I just got positive reviews. BWAHAHA! Thank you very much! You made me famous! XOXO)... Well let's just say they don't have much to say other than nonsense and sadly for them, they're usually outnumbered by numerous POSITIVE reviewers. I personally think they're just bitter basement geeks that like feeling big over the internet because in real life everyone treats them like crap. What other way can a loser get the feel of some power other than insulting someone that can't beat the sh*t out of them in person? And yes, I'm very cruel and direct; blame it on me being a gemini. PS- If anyone wants to throw a fit at me through a PM rest assured that I'll make fun of you in my profile because I think it's funny and need to stave off boredom. =P

HIDDEN HET YAOI: This is yaoi that sounds more like fluffy het. If you read such fics you'll be surprised to see male pregnancies and male lactating! (seeing a guy breastfeeding his newborn daughter while crying and receiving chocolates from his 'husband' is a real tear jerker. Not forgetting to mention that the doctors/midwives think its perfectly normal for a guy to give birth in spite of never menstruating, and having no uterus! Another plus!). I'd rather see a cannon-sue rather than that! Heck, even create a GaryStu! But making a manly character into a flatchested, muscular, woman with an appendage that doesn't get any attention is practically hidden het. I even forget it's yaoi! *shivers in corner thinking of horrors in some fiction* I hate seeing yaoi written like this! *wails* Where are my manly men?!

CANNON SUES: Same thing as K-syndrome. These fics center around the cannon character like an uncurable cancer. Even the way the character is described as : 'sexy curvy body, beautiful cobalt blue eyes and rosy sensual lips' when the character is actually quite plain looking is making her a Mary Sue. Then goes on the explanations about the clothes she's wearing, how gorgeous she is in EVERY CHAPTER, how every male finds her so sexy (did I mention that these characters aren't actually femme fatales?), the way their hairs is fixed, their MAKEUP style, how PERFECT every body part the cannon sue has is, how SWEET and LOVABLE she is... The list is endless! Just because she's has the name and SOME personality of the cannon doesn't make putting all of this okay. I read one story that had an entire chapter dedicated to writing how every strand of Kagome's hair was set around her head and even the specks in her gorgeous unbelieable, unusual, exotic, sexy, innocent, mystical, otherwordly, phenomenal endless robin egg blue eyes (then there's the fact that her breasts are always double-D cups and her derriere is the awesomest thing since sliced bread.) Things turn worse when the author says how much she loves the cannon sue because 'she's just like me!' Don't get me wrong... Some fics that start as cannon-sues even out and turn into works of art worth reading (I always strive to give things a chance) Making a character unbelievably beautiful is okay, but in real life, normal folks resent that so putting people that actually hate these 'qualities' in a character makes it more tolerable. (I'm not being conceited, but I modelled/acted as a teenager and ALL the girls in my school made my life a living hell because of it while the guys were too intimidated to even ask me out. Being 'perfect in looks' is not precisely a gift, so making it into something wonderful is unrealistic. Hopefully people writing this stuff could understand that. And also understand that being 'beautiful' takes work! It's NOT easy and not exactly a good thing that makes all your dreams come true!)

　

POOPERS: Yes. You heard right. These are the reviewers, that in spite of being told that something won't be known until much later in the story, start asking stupid questions in order for you to spoil your entire story in a author's note (sometimes they guess right and say the answer in a review). If you are a reviewer that SPOILS fics for other readers, please cut it out. I'm a person that reads other people's reviews (I'm nosy), and in some occasions I'm totally put out by reviews that tell me IMPORTANT STUFF that I could have discovered on my own=that's why whenever I review I try not giving spoilers regarding the chapter. It's actually very easy to AVOID doing it. I've had these kind of reviewers before that start nagging me with every chapter about something that is SUPPOSED to be a mystery. No matter how much I tell them that if I say what it is there wouldn't be any use in writing a story about it, THEY CONTINUE asking stuff like "Who is it?" or "Who did it?" or "IT'S WHATHISFACE, EVERYBODY! YAY! I FOUND OUT BEFORE THE AUTHOR TOLD YOU! I'M SO SMAAAAART!" Stuff like this make me just want to delete the review and stop updating altogether.

HAREMS (or should I say: Effective way to make me hate a cannon character?): Did I even spell that right? Anyways. I hate those kind of fics and with good reason. Most of them don't have an actual plot other than making a very unsexy character OCC and into a MarySue/GaryStu that everyone gets turned on by. Very few fics like this have interested me, but only because they were actually believable without lame excuses like magic or drugs. If they are blown out of proportion, making the character randomly sleep with every character (usually extremely attractive ones) you are effectively making a cannon-sue. (coming from me, a person that has created Mary Sues, it's harsh and I think cannon-sues are WORST than just regular sues). Typically in these kind of fics, the usually female character is LOVED by all the males (including some females and gay males) and found increadibly irresistable even though the manga/anime hasn't given them any sensual/sexy qualities (first signs of a sue). No one can't help but want to have sex with what they consider the most important and sexiest person in the world and most of the time, guess what?! They don't EVEN get jealous and all (up to ten or twenty wonderful guys treat this girl like a queen without her earning it) share her without rubbing each other the wrong way. Just every fangirls' dream come true! *gushes* If anyone has any actually GOOD harem fics, please suggest them to me and I just might read it (as long as it doesn't have the nonsense I just mentioned. I have a thing for dark-harems. I AVOID most fluff.).

What is a " SMUTRAMA "= Def; smut with drama (aka) plenty of smut w/plot. When a fic's plot uses sexual content to describe emotions and even events pertaining to a plot. With smutrama, not ALL smut should be considered random since they're uniquely written to connect with a story and its characters. People who are against high sexuality should NOT read smutramas because that's what they'll get plenty of in such fics, even though all lemon content is meant to be there making a small or large point (rather than merely giving nosebleeds or just 'there') I only write 'smutramas' because that's my style and most of the fics I do happen to enjoy fall into this shockingly versatile genre (look at my favorites list and you'll see plenty of fics that make lemons/sensual fluff 'work harmoniously' alongside their plots). Another thing, a 'smutrama' isn't the same things as 'plain smut'. Plain smut usually has no point or emotion behind it, 'smutrama' just connects with all in a story. (and I don't want to receive PMs going off about my fic content because I can write yaoi/yuri/het without batting an eyelash. I am bisexual PEOPLE and sometimes hearing people trying to force you to think like them makes me want to beat them up. Sometimes we cannot help being the way we are, and if we respect your preferences, respect ours and leave all 'life-style hating' comments to yourselves. There's already too much hate going around to have some fundamentalist pr*ck making our lives even harder.

I'll write more definitions whenever I think up more.

 

Since my old easyjournal is being a piece of shit (it's been out for nearly three fucking months already) I'll probably use this new journal to keep my fic followers up to date. That's about it. I still can't find the old password to my blurty journal! Can you believe how hopeless I am? Well... Now I'll go finish watching Higurashi: When They Cry. I wasn't sure about that anime at first, but it has violence and a bit of mystery despite its goofy moments (I just don't really like those 'big eyed dime a dozen' anime girls that appear everywhere.)

 

1. Lack of reviews but plenty of hits: This kind of thing could lead a author to think that their story is not being read or taken seriously. We sometimes need acknowledgement for us bringing our 'fantasies' to you. We don't do it just to please ourselves, but to please others as well and it does take time, practice and effort to write a good story so people other than ourselves can enjoy it. Receiving no feedback makes all that effor appear to be in vain.

2. Critique from non-writers or just plain 'shit-writers': I've had novices going off on me for not updating or for writing something they didn't like in a fic. Face it, what really counts in a fanfic is: IC, good plot, grammar, and writing style. NOT the pairing choice, or the chain of events transcuring. In the end, the WRITER decides, so criticizing someone for choosing a pairing you don't like or making something like a natural disaster or car accident occur happen in the fic, makes you look like a whiny little bitch that doesn't understand this concept and FACT. As for writer's block, we get them all the time and its not because we want to. If we start a new fic in order to refresh ourselves and not forget how to deliver a good story in spite of feeling dry on another pairing or plot, flaming the writer, will just get you reported and flamed right back because it just proves how ignorant you are when it comes to writing a long-term fic.

3. Complaining about sex in a 'smut-plot' specially when the fic is rated-M: Sweetiepie, not EVERYBODY thinks like you. There's few virgins, sex-hating prudes out there but when a fic is rated M, has 'sexual content' on a summary and its said in the A/N that its a 'smut-plot' complaining about a 'clean fic' makes you sound like a clit-less clueless wonder. I've even gotten shit like this on adultsites, which is funny considering that these sites are full of PWP and my fics at least have plotlines and backstories to them.

4. Grammar Nazi's who obviously can't spell worth a shit: A couple of years back I had some brat telling me how to use proper grammar and when I checked her profile all she had was ONE drabble that had a ton of mispellings. Jealous much?

5. Flammers: If it isn't a constructive criticism, these assholes could just go eat shit and fuck themselves up the ass with a spiked metal bat for all I care. Most of the time they're just jealous at all the attention a fic is getting (oftentimes other writers giving flaming reviews incognito. It's happened to me before.) or just need to go off on somebody. I've been flamed for stupid shit before, sometimes shit that didn't even have anything to do with my fic (leading me to think that the flamer didn't really read it and just 'popped' in to flame something randomnly) or they said something that just had them look downright retarded.

Do us ALL a favor and go kill yourselves. We don't give a shit that your life is worthless, so don't waste the space for actual valuable readers/friends/reviewers by writing petty bullshit that speaks of how uncreative and pathetic you are.

Don't expect to see this in any of my stories. I hate doing personality charts on OCs and then making them public, but its a good way to keep track of my work. So I'll keep it limited to here and if any of my readers happens to see it, sorry! =( I'll do a chart of another OC I have that turned totally Mary Sue for the Bleach fandom another day)

Nationality : Japanese

Birthdate : August 18, 1994 (since the story is set on present day)

Zodiac Sign: Leo (believe it or not, that sign IS compatible with Gemini, so seeing so many writers making their OCs into Libras has made a lot of OC fics boring), She also has Scorpio as her 'Rising Sign', which influences her looks and some traits of her cold outward personality.

Age : Currently 16 (since it isn't August in the story timeline at least).

Height: 5 foot 3

Weight : 103 pounds (tiny little thing)

Hair : Originally blue/black

Eyes : originally Violet

Complecion : very pale

Flaws : dramatic flair, prideful, cold, belittling others, stubborness, contemptful (hateful), bossyness, hot tempered, likes having a large audience when making a point (and she's not particularly shy in doing it)= some unadmirable traits of a Leo and yes, I do use astrology to shape an OC. It really works to create good characters!

Good Qualities : good at acting (definite Leo quality), honest when it benefits her for either good or bad purposes, takes responsibility for her actions if she has no other choice, increadibly loyal to those rare individuals she grows to care about (even to the point of self-sacrifice).

Likes : Beautiful surroundings (explains why she has a thing against Ouran's 'unharmonious architecture'), constant movement, children, things that show promises of being entertaining (either good or 'evil')

Dislikes : physical pain (gets overly cranky if in pain), the conceitedness of others (even if she's somewhat snooty herself), being laughed at, being taught by others (since it proves that she doesn't know everything like she thinks she does), being lied to, being bored, hates being ignored (even when she ignores others. She can be a bit of hipocrite), and annoying people that don't share the same interests as her (pretty much everyone)

What Scorpio Rising Brings to her overall personality: Can be intense with a lot of presence. There is something about her that tells the world that she's not to be pushed around. Her attitude commands respect, and in some cases, fear. Either quiet or loud, she always seems powerful and determined.     

  She rarely goes through life unnoticed. In fact, she's confused when faced with the fact that she gets such strong reactions from others. She can seem to look right through people, seeing through superficiality. This can be quite intimidating to some, and intriguing to others. She always reads 'between the lines'.

Values her privacy so much, that it borders on paranoia. She has a strong need to control her environment and is an expert at strategy. She plans out her moves carefully and deliberately.

Believe it or not, I DO this with cannon characters as well to see if I can write them better than the superficial depictions other writers seem to love giving them. And if anyone finds that making astrology charts for OCs is weird, let me tell you that I used to work a lot with astrology for REAL people (and studied bits of psychology too). This is basically normal for me and it helps to understand characters better for writing purposes. ;-)    

Yet another anime suggested by a buddy that has been dying for me to do a Ichimoku Ren/OC fic (apparently there's not enough fanfiction for this fandom which is shocking considering that its three seasons long and it's a pretty unusual and interesting story).

I'll admit to snaking around this anime for awhile, without giving it much thought, but I'm glad that I gave it a chance after continuos nagging.

To give the basics, I'll just start by saying that the anime is about a site that people can access just at midnight.

It's to seek revenge. The person that accesses said site puts the name of the person they want sent to hell and alas, Jigoku Shoujo (Enma Ai) shows up offering a straw doll with a red string. If the person pulls the red string, the revenge will be dealt with, but at a price... The person who seeks revenge will go to hell themselves when they eventually die as payment for Enma Ai's aid. Usually the revenge scenes are rather nightmarish; involving the cursed person being questioned about their 'sins' and being psychologically tortured with illusions until at the last moment, Enma Ai does a little chant that ends with 'Do you want to try dying this once?'. After that is said, she rows a ferry carrying the cursed person through the gates of hell (sort of like the legend of River Stix).

Did I make much sense when I explained that? LOL Anyways, she also has three helpers that assist her during these 'revenges'. That explains why the Ichimoku Ren fic that was requested of me (I'll do it after I do more research to write it perfectly. I'm a bit of freak for detail).

Ichimoku Ren is one of Enma Ai's helpers. I won't say much about him since I'd be giving spoilers to the series, but let's just say that he's a young good looking guy that has his left eye covered with long black bangs. He's a bit of a narcisist, but not exageratedly so (the guy knows he looks good and isn't afraid to admit it. I've also noticed that he can be a bit callous in saying some things; perhaps due to him not being 'human'.) It took me a while to get 'used' to his character, since I'm more into redheads (a little fetish of mine) and he's a brunette, but in the end, I have a weakness for hot anime guys. Darn you, Celeste for nagging me for months! You know that Mills requested 'The Solitary Twin' and now lots of people are counting on me!

I might write the first chapter after careful diligent brainstorming, but in the meantime I'll work on the next chap for 'The Solitary Twin'. I will no longer take requests because sometimes it's really tough keeping up with them. I have a old Sesshomaru/OC request pending for over the last couple of years (I might never get it done. I have a knack for rarely seen anime)

I've sadly seen a bunch of good fics come to a stop because writers think that they aren't being read, so yeah. Can't let that happen... I'm going to start a reviewing wave because let me just say... I like reviewing as much as I like writing and I don't want my fave fics to be put on hiatus like a particular Ulqui/Hime one that hasn't been updated in nearly a year! :-(

WARNINGS! SPOILERS FOR THOSE WHO MAY BE PLANNING ON READING 'REFLECTION'!: In 'Reflection', Ogichi used to posses Ichigo's physical body completely in order to be with Orihime. This created a lot of conflict, because even though Orihime could see Ichigo's Hollow clearly when he was under control, everyone else just saw Ichigo with strange behavioral patterns. And the reason why Ichigo now acts like everyone is the enemy is because of the revelations in the prequel. He learned that he wasn't as strong and as protective as he thought himself to be and that some 'well-meaning' mistakes created resentment in others.

 

He began desiring Orihime, but it was too late because she had fallen out of love with him and was falling in love/obsession with his inner Hollow that had seen Orihime's unrequited crush for Ichigo from the begining even though Ichigo was too blind to see it for himself. This created a love triangle that ended up dragging Rukia and even Tatsuki into the mix. Rukia was angry at Ichigo thinking he was cheating on her and resentful towards Orihime thinking she supposedly had sex with Ichigo (when it really was his Hollow) to get back at her. Tatsuki on the other hand was trying to come to a peaceful solution that wouldn't hurt any of her friends and only ended up supporting Orihime's blooming relationship with Ogichi and pushing Ichigo who was steadily growing moodier and angrier at the odd couple into a corner to stew over his mistakes.

 

That explains why this fic 'Salvation' shows how everything deeply affected him and everyone in their group and how he slowly reaches his goal at being whole again in coming to grips with it all (not just Ogichi and Orihime's relationship, but everything in general). The last chapter of 'Reflection' was what actually set the mood for the sequel 'Salvation', so people that don't feel like reading a 'hime-pairing' but want to know why Ichigo was so depressed in the begining of the story could go the last chapter of 'Reflection' to at least get a 'feel' of it. =)

Rukia was angry at Ichigo thinking he was cheating on her and resentful towards Orihime thinking she supposedly had sex with Ichigo (when it really was his Hollow) to get back at her. Tatsuki on the other hand was trying to come to a peaceful solution that wouldn't hurt any of her friends and only ended up supporting Orihime's blooming relationship with Ogichi and pushing Ichigo who was steadily growing moodier and angrier at the odd couple into a corner to stew over his mistakes.

That explains why this fic 'Salvation' shows how everything deeply affected him and everyone in their group and how he slowly reaches his goal at being whole again in coming to grips with it all (not just Ogichi and Orihime's relationship, but everything in general). The last chapter of 'Reflection' was what actually set the mood for the sequel 'Salvation', so people that don't feel like reading a 'hime-pairing' but want to know why Ichigo was so depressed in the begining of the story could go the last chapter of 'Reflection' to at least get a 'feel' of it. =)

Hope you're not too disappointed in me. I was a total douchebag for not updating in so long but I had a bunchs of technical problems along with other things. I'll continue updating so you can continue reading! ;-) Your reviews really help to keep me going!Don't worry! Though I do get writer's blocks (hate those things) I always think about my fics (most of the time I'm in lala land thinking of plots and ways to write them down. *blush*)Thanks! Believe it or not I used to be wary of Hime-anybody fics because usually the male paired up with her would be OOC, but I gave it a shot thinking 'I can make her stronger little by little and keep Ogichi in character while doing so'. *grins* And Ichigo and Tatsuki can be a very explosive pairing (some writers kinda make it too 'comfortable' for them because of that whole 'friendship' thing, but I purposely created a rift between them to make it a bit spicier. Heheheh) And Uryuu's mystery woman will be seen close to the end of the story (unfortunately). Its a veeeeeeery minor side pairing, but I'm sure some people will like to know more about it (depends if more of my readers would like some juicy random shots in chapters of Uryuu and his secret girlfriend to build up more suspense. I'm not sure yet since I'm not used to adding other pairings into the same fic.) And Isshin reminds me of a friend of mine (I sometimes feel like decking him for being so crazy), so writing his POV is a treat and pretty easy for me. Glad you're enjoying this fic!

Finally! Justjournal seems to be in working shape again! Anyways... About where the story is going (I'm not giving too much away so don't worry)... I like putting a lot of 'mini-plots' into fics that cut out a bigger picture, so yes there will be more drama before the 'great climax'. No worries though, since I have a habit of making endings somewhat bittersweet (at least that's what I strive to do), Salvation's ending will surely satisfy everyone.

I do like angst, but I won't exagerate it. I'll try to keep it moderately realistic with Tatsuki's pregnancy and her insecurities and Ichigo's anger over Uryuu's and Yuzu's relationship. That's a 'mini-plot' that falls sort of like a puzzle-piece into the whole plot. Believe it or not, I sometimes DO get depressed when re-reading some of my fics. LOL So I'll try my hardest to not be so depressing by adding a smidge of hope for the characters.

Because how can anyone go on without any rays of hope, right?! =)

According to a chat buddy of mine the national consent age in Japan is 13. (SHOCKING!) But districts can change the age, so ages may vary between 13 to 18 years of age depending on location. In Salvation, I'm saying that Karakura's age of consent is 16, so if people find Uryuu's and Yuzu's relationship disgusting, well... It's legal, according to me who is writing this story.

On the subject of this chapter... Consensual sex with mutual attraction and AGE LAWS APPLYING is very different from some sick shitface raping a kid! Believe it or not, I do take requests for any pairing or situation. I'm not a picky person that sticks with only one person. I usually do them as oneshots, but if the story is especially complex I make it into a longfic. I do always strive to finish long fics even if it takes me years, but I don't have a very stable upload schedule and sometimes updates for long fics could take months or just a couple of days depending on my time. Now I'm just throwing out requests and old notebook stuffs I had in my closet (all oneshots) before returning to my long fics that I will very happily update even if it pisses some immature crybabies off. Regarding the backstory of Salvation: You guys have no idea how many Ichi/Ruki or plain Ruki-haters are out there! When I saw people were just reading Reflection to see Ichigo and Rukia suffer 'divine punishment' I had to tell them... "I actually READ Ichi/Ruki so don't get the wrong idea. They're just suffering because its part of the plot."

Of course, people still thought Reflection was a delicious 'revenge-fic' for all anti-Ichi/Rukis. Some of them were even a bit scandalized when I decided that the sequel would have Ichi/Tat instead of making Ichigo 'happy' by having Orihime hook up with him while keeping the hollow on the side *snorts*. I mean the guy was making moves on her while still being with Rukia... Won't spoil too much! Read the fic in AFF if you're so curious!

These kind of people make fans look like shit. There had been an extra review from Skelle that said something about me having to call the cops because I had a stalker madly in love with me but I deleted it (she understands) because I really finally got fed up. I don't like dealing with stupid people and this girl was definitely stupid judging by her bullshit. Only a stupid person would use a fanfic as a fucking anti-FC. I hope you guys notice that after I disactivated anon-reviews, this little sour pussy didn't say shit again. Who's the thin-skinned bitch now? Me who posted this in my online journal, or her that hides and bitches about reading things she knows she isn't going to like?

I have a pretty good idea on who this might be and being someone that is writting a fic of the same concept of the T section that has only gotten 2 reviews for being three chapters long, I think she's just jealous. (makes me smile) Salvation has 21 chapters, 51 reviews in AFF (72 FIVE star rates) and 42 more reviews here. For being only 21 chapters, it definitely has more reviews than other Ichi/Tats per chapter ratio. I guess its because I suck as a writer! Teheee! GRAND TOTAL! 94 Reviews (at least 2 FIVE STAR rates count as a 'blind positive review' so devide 72 by half and do the math.) Also considering that the censored version in FFN of Salvation was actually uploaded in its entirety (8 chapters all at once... 2 to three uploads) getting 42 reviews is pretty good and displays a great deal of respect from other fellow readers and writers.

I DO count all reviews together, you know. The Solitary Twin, 14 reviews in MMorg, 37 reviews in FFN (despite me uploading the first 10 chapters all at once as well. WHATDOYAKNOW? I'm loved!), 26 reviews in AFF (believe me, getting one review at that site is like getting a hundred. Its very rare for people to review there!) and 44 FIVE star rates for only being 13 chapters long... And guess what, one of my reviews in MMorg is from someone that didn't like the yaoi in it despite me warning about it continously. My response to her complaint was a very juicy YAOI lemon between very loving hentai twin boys. She never replied back. =)

Then I uploaded ONLY ONE chapter as an excerpt of Reflection and well as you can see... I dunno whose the sore loser anymore, honestly. I'm not saying this to be arrogant, but seeing the stats and number of people that read my stories daily I think I'm a pretty 'okay' writer. I'm no Anne Rice or Stephen King, but I do have people that do enjoy my writing and I'm happy to please them for FREE. I don't do it for myself, I do it to make other people happy, have a laugh, a cry or make them learn something insightful. If flamers missed that, then *shrugs* I guess they need to go back to school to learn how to read.

Note most flamers are shitfic writers themselves, or writers that have gotten tons of reviews and have gotten full of themselves, people that just had a very bad day, or people that had the same as idea as you and can't stand to see you doing well with it BEFORE them. This girl obviously tried to emulate something dramatic in her own Ichi/Tat and it only came out rather childish, undescriptive and occ. I'm not even going to review her because I know that she desperately wants to be reviewed and if I just tell her that, she'll say I'm flaming instead of giving her some contrit.

I hope that whatever problems you're are having get resolved. Remember, flamers are just losers that have nothing else better to do with themselves, so don't stop your writing before of someone saying you suck because from what I saw in your story, having 122 positive reviews with good contrit, and only one little flame really speaks highly of your ability as a writer. I've read some of it and am now in the process of reviewing it myself. AND YOU BETTER NOT STOP WRITING IT! I actually really like your story!

I've been doing this for the last three weeks. It's called 'The Experiment'. What is the Experiment? Well, you go to a trollfic site (an OFFICIAL site that caters to this) and write the most shitriffic fanfiction known to every reader imaginable just for the purpose of getting flamed. Yes, people. We do this on purpose, but its not all for fun, it's a 'desensitizing' procedure me and two other 'serious writers' have undertaken to be able to handle 'wannabe flamers' for our true stories. We don't encourage trollfics and frankly we think is dumb, but for the sake of going into the unbearably stupid psyche of retarded people that can't even flame out of their assholes, we do this to handle it more gracefully. (I still have a hard time, but after flaming other shitfics in this particular site and getting flamed, even responding to flamers seems like a chore of the shittiest most redundant proportions and let's face it... The BEST flames are for trollfics. They are humorous and increadibly insulting that if a serious writer were to receive them, they'd want to slit their wrists in shame.)

You see. People flame for their own pleasure. They can't help doing it. They are usually socially retarded rejects that can only write flames (albeit very garishly mispelled ones, since a grammatical nightmare kind of flame just isn't 'flamey' enough.)

That shitstory I wrote was probably less than 200 words and I won't even bother to recite it because if people were ever to go to that site and then saw this, they'd know its me. In fact my story received more flames than the newly uploaded ones because I did the most despicable shit imaginable and also added every cute little furry American-made woodland cartoon creature into the horribly mispelled shitfest that was the trollshitfic for 'The Experiment'. The flamers, of course missed my very well-spelled A/N stating that I wrote it that way for the sole purpose of being flamed and that even I found it disgusting and would flame it myself. But since when do flamers actually read A/N's?

So that concludes this 'experiment'... A word of advice to people reading this... Don't ever go to a 'serious site' to troll. That will get your ass banned from the site. There's actual 'trollfic' sites that encourage this and also encourage flaming from its members. (the best flames came from fellow members that wrote other trollshits). For them, its fun, for me and the ones doing 'The Experiment', it's just another learning experience we have undertaken for the sake of writing. Face it, even Anne Rice couldn't handle criticism (I don't know if you guys are aware that she had a bit of a flame war... YES ANNE RICE had a FLAME WAR) in Amazon.com. Some people trashed her work and she responded and kept on responding until the whole comments section was filled with very foul behaviour of fans, Anne Rice herself, and trollers looking for something funny to read.

Yeah, not even the best of us can usually handle it, so we do this for 'training' and let me just say... The best way to handle a flamer is to not give them attention and take away all of their abilities to communicate with you.

One: Block them from your profile. Don't say anything to them whatsoever, just ignore and block them and if your story has a deleting feature, delete it and move on like you have never laid eyes on the thing. Flamers really fucking hate that because after my trollshit was flamed and none of them got responses, they continued flaming and insulting me personally (all of the personal information in my trollshit profile was actually fake but these people attacked it because they, being morons, are lured by weakpoints.). With every flame you receive after giving the cold shoulder and giving no response, you can see that the flamer is actually quite pissed. Their flames become even more mispelled, their insults start to lose a bit of their bite and eventually after they are drained dry of their witless remarks, they give up.

Two. The Emotional flamer is the weakest kind of flamer imaginable. They actually say that they cry about seeing their characters suffer and then randomnly insult you as if its supposed to hurt (these people REALLY read the stories and are ticked off by it). These are really easy to rile because if you just bash the absolute shit of the thing they love most they go rabid and make total public fools of themselves. (Skelle did this to the flamer at one of my fics by calling her a 'hardcore Ichirukitard that wrote fluffy het shitfics infesting Bleach' and the flamer fell for it and went totally batshit with a long string of histerically funny insults towards both Skelle and me. It's actually made me laugh, but the problem was, since it was MY fic, I was not about to have a newbie in the flaming department starving for attention making herself famous out of something I wrote. So I deleted the story and reuploaded it, free of all flames and comments. It kinda hurt to do it, but I'm not going to die because of it.)

Three. If a member flamed you and said member has a story, don't flame them back. It's very uneffective because some people purposely lure reviewers to their stories by doing this shit. I could name some flamer groups that do this and you'll see that all of their stories have THOUSANDS of reviews and they're all from other pissed off writers insulting them. So people, please, don't feed the beast. The beast likes getting reviews and if they're insulting, they looooove it because they know that they did the right thing in ticking you off all for the sake of another cronically bitching reviewer. (there was one in the IY section that flamed every Inu/Kag fic in the site. You would see hundreds of reviews for her total Inu/Kag shitfics and ALL of them where from angry authors. She didn't earn those 'reviews', she incited them so other people seeing the high review count would feel intrigued with her shitstory. Now... Do you want to continue feeding the beast?)

Four. If you are going to respond to their bullshit, do it in a way that only you have the last word. That means that you to take away all means for them to contact you and respond back. I call it 'the kicking the puppy' procedure. They like kicking you, then why not kick them. Only do it elsewhere in a place where they are lelt utterly defenseless. Flamers like confrontation, but if you take that away, they feel cornered and pissed. They might laugh about it, but they're still pretty angry over a war that ended so abruptly.

And before I forget... There's an awesome site that teaches you how to flame and receive flames. It's called The Flame Warriors site. Google it.

Now this is the end of my informative nonsensical advice... I have a fic to write! (not a trollshit. I already did that *shudders* and will not do it again since I'm still receiving random laughable reviews from it. I don't think I need to overdo it. Just one was fair enough, mostly because the people flaming it knew what my goal was. We didn't hide it from the begining and these people still fell for it thinking we would want to indulge in a bullshit battleground of lameoid insults. AH! Such is life!)

It's awful... The amount of money you have to spend on every fucking thing these people ask for your kids! I feel like killing someone already! Every week I'm being given a list A LIST of shit I have to buy for my daughter and the fucking school. Today, I got yet another list and I kinda' went off on the teacher for this shit because not only am I supposed to buy all of this goddamned crap, but I have to do volunteer work along with everybody else or our kids won't be able to attend the program. By the way... volunteer work is just a title. That shit is OBLIGATORY! Today, there was a fieldtrip and since these cheap asses won't bring lunch for the kids, we have to make their lunches and pay for the gas.... This is a fucking private institution we're talking about!

 

Anyways, since I'm in a rant let me start by saying that other than the bullshitfest that its my life, parents hate school as much as kids do. I haven't spent so much money in my nearly thirty years of life. If someone told me that I would spend less money on Luna after she started the school, that motherfucker deserves to be shot for being such a liar!

Another thing that is pissing me off are the 'lurkers'. I have over 28 faves for that freaking Ichi/Ruki shit I wrote and only four reviews for it so I guess all fucking fans of that pairing are a bunch of pansies like that worthless illiterate flamer! I ain't doing a fucking longfic on them because of that shit.

But... I'll admit that the Ulqui/Hime pairing intrigues me. People always bitch at me about choosing a pairing and to tell the truth my favorite females are Orihime and Tatsuki. I don't like Rukia all that much (sorry. Just not that into her. Personality and lookswise, I'm a freaky Ori/Tat hybrid, so I guess I can relate to those two more than other females.) In fact that pairing has interested me so much that thanks to a wonderful reviewer (SomeoneWhoLikesBleach also know as Clarissa. She's a nice girl) I've taken a request for them. So far at least 3 fourths of that story is finished. It's a loooooong oneshot with an open ending and I've enjoyed writing for those two immensely. Ulquiorra is a very rare male character and if people think pairing him up with Hime is weird, these people don't know how EASY it is to write the both of them. They feel even cannon! (though we know that's unfortunately not true, folks)

Onto real life shit... Things are peachy. Other than being broke, still recovering from the hell of all colds (I'm asthmatic so a cold is lethal to someone like me), I'm... happy! I'm weird and fun like that, I suppose.

If it weren't for life being such a pain in the ass, I'd be feeling dead.

I'm still kinda mad about it though.

Why do I say this...? Because I'm sick and tired of people thinking I ship them going off on me. I don't hate or like this pairing, but people like trying to force me to like them. I've just recently got a PM from some delusional little girl that read my Ichi/Ruki drabble saying that she wouldn't review it until I remove the excerpt of Reflection that is supposedly anti-Ichi/Ruki.  This is my reply to her bullshit.

I write whatever I feel like. I like characters, NOT pairings. I don't ship anyone. Here are the characters I like... Ichigo, Tatsuki, Orihime, Tia Harribel, Ulquiorra, Rangiku, Isshin, Ryuken, Karin, Yuzu, Hichigo, Toshiro, Ukitake, Hikakku, Renji, Yoruichi, Urahara, Aizen... Do you see Rukia anywhere in there? No. I like her, but not enough to the point to concentrate all of my fiction on her or harass other authors that aren't crazy about her.

So I WILL not write any more stories on these two. Don't expect me to. That drabble is going to stay that way until the fucking fans of this pairing grow the fuck up and quit bugging people with the whole 'Ichi/Ruki is cannon and everyone that doesn't like them should die!' nonsense. Not everyone has to think the way you do and it pisses me off when people asume that I am another one of the crazy bashing fans into this pairing because of a fucking drabble. Yes, Ichi/Ruki is cute. I would LOVE to write them, but the FANS saying stupid nonsense like this make me almost hate this 'couple'.

If I ever write anything with Rukia in a pairing, she'd either be paired up with Byakuya, Ryuken or some other random male rather than Ichigo because quite frankly I don't want people to stereotype my paring choices into an overused category.

Sorry to anyone offended by this. I used to have Ichi/Ruki in my fanfic poll, but after this I DELETED it. I am not in the mood to have people telling me how much they hate Orihime and asking me to hurt all characters hurting Ichi/Ruki. I am not in the mood for any of this infantile SHIT.

I was getting kind of sick of having girls having rants in my stories or in PMs directed at me. That flamer at my 'Rejection' oneshot was easy to brush aside as just another immature girl picking a fight because she was obviously hurt by my stories. But the PM girl was what finally pissed me off enough to say I WON'T ever do an Ichi/Ruki longfic if this is the bullshit I'm going to have to listen to. I PMed her back and told her and she said I was being stupid, that all I had to do was DELETE the story that offended her pairing and then she would review all of my stories without a problem (sorry but she was the one that sounded stupid by saying that). I mean what kind of person tells you what to write or not write? That's why I called her delusional and she went off yet again saying that I was being a hipocrite even though I had repeatedly told her that I don't ship them or care if they are bashed because of my no-shipping standing in fanfiction. Now I'm really going to turn anti-Ichi/Ruki just to piss them off, that's how far the harassment has gone for me and my reviewers. (they even insult my reviewers, so that's the cherry on top to hate their guts)

 

So yeah. No Ichi/Rukis from me ever again, EVER. That drabble just brought me trouble. I liked writing them, but people like this almost make me hate this pairing as a writing choice. They've totally sucked out all enjoyment I as a writer can get out of writing their prefered pairing. They honestly have. Besides that, the manga is WAY different than the anime and so far the most seemingly cannon pairing in the manga is Ichi/Hime (not all that crazy about them either, but they can be pretty darned cute together if an author writes them right.) You aren't supporting your pairing, you are just trashing everyone else that seriously likes it and making the real fans look bad. So intead of starting fights, do yourself a favor and act mature for once by showing a higher tolerance level to fics that don't have your favorite pairing. Don't like, don't read. Most of all, don't like, don't BITCH.

From the immature behavior of Ichi/Ruki hardcore fans (there's a select few that are awesome mature girls, so I can't lump them all together with 'trash'), I'm enclined to believe that they can't see facts for what they are. There's considerably a lot of more fluffy moments between Ichi/Hime than Ichi/Ruki (the most fluff from these two are in the ANIME or in the movies that are just filler that don't have anything to do with the actual storyline. Me being an anime nut hate seeing people twist this shit to 'gain paring proof' when there isn't any official couples in Bleach. As much as I don't like Ichi/Hime, I'd have to admit that I wouldn't be surprised if Tite Kubo left them together.)

That's why I think this battle is pretty much pointless. TITE KUBO decides who stays with who or there even is a pairing! Sheesh! Until then, all there can be for now are assumptions, fanfiction, and immature bitches trying to shove their alleged cannon pairing down our throats. In fact, the anime now is in a moment that has Orihime getting some alone time with Ichigo without Rukia around. I bet a lot of you people haven't gotten that far, so I'll just leave it as that.

Don't favor Ichi/Ruki, don't hate either of them as characters, but I just don't see the point in always hooking them up and starting fights about it.

1. If you compare Rukia's interaction with Ichigo you'd see its not that different from her friendship with Renji. Its almost IDENTICAL. So saying that their socalled chemistry makes them cannon is the biggest load of bullshit you can tell me. I've seen anime and mangas that have main male and female characters NOT HOOKING UP EVER. So that argument is not valid either.

2. Compare the MANGA to the ANIME. Remember that TV changes a lot of things. In fact the anime is more Ichi/Ruki friendly when in fact, ALL OF THE FACTS are in the original manga that the anime came from, people! There's not that HEAVY a chemistry between them. They usually have tons of comic relief and arguments. The fluffy moments are more Ichi/Hime than anything else in the manga. So read it and shut the fuck up because I do go on sites to buy manga and do follow them.

3. "More than friends, less than lovers." That doesn't mean jackshit! If you are into reading riddles, you'd see that means "They're so close they're like brother and sister" I have siblings and I love them more than friends, but I don't fucking jump in the sack with them because that's just disgusting. I bet you can use that wording afore mentioned for Rukia's friendship with Renji as well.

4. Because Orihime is ditzy, doesn't mean Rukia doesn't have her 'duh' moments. So saying that Ichi/Ruki are cannon because Orihime is dumb makes you also pretty fucking stupid.

5. I USED to only read fics on these two and I stopped for 5 reasons: 1. The character bashing got on my nerves. I mean whenever I saw insults hurled at Orihime, instead of them making me laugh or get mad I'd just roll my eyes saying "Here's ANOTHER one of those". 2. The FLUFF. I'm allergic to it and we have to understand that most of the people that ship this pairing are girls too young to even have been fucked so seeing painfully unrealistic lemons and an ocean of typos has made me fearful of reading Ichi/Ruki. 3. TOO MANY STORIES ON THEM. The plots are generally the same, their attitudes are OCC, the love rival is always that 'fat big chested slut Orihime', and they are always having a gaggle worth of fluffy OCC moments that I hate the writer writing such trash. The few fics worth reading on this couple have been written by adults and those are really hard to come by considering all of the 11 year old twats attempting to write M-Rated stories. It's hard to seperate what's crap and what isn't so I just simply don't fucking read it anymore unless someone recs me a story that I 'might like'. 4. The immature authors and their READERS. If you go to an Ichi/Ruki story that has tons of reviews, you'll see that most of the reviews consist of 'THAT'S SO HAWT' or 'ICHI/RUKI 4-EVER!' or 'ICHI/RUKI FTW!' I don't even think most of those fucking people are really reading the stories for good plot or writing style, they only fucking read it because its Ichi/Ruki (saw a recent one that was just awfully OCC and the readers supported it. I mean, I know that there's GOOD Ichi/Rukis out there, but taking 'crap' for low quality because the summary says 'Ichi/Ruki Lemons' really lowers my respect for people that accept such shit.) 5. Some of the authors bash other authors in their stories if they wrote something 'anti-Ichi/Ruki' in their own stories. Reviewers that hunt down 'not Ichi/Ruki friendly' stories to flame them and insult the writer and his/her reviewers. Lets face it, a lot of Ichi/Ruki fans are just agressive and bitchy. Their attitudes alone has made me not support this pairing or want to write for them longterm.

What I DO Support:

Having these two paired up with OTHER PEOPLE. Seriously. Though half Ichi/Rukis are pretty good, the other half are written by immature flame-wielding harassing stalking bitches that can't stand to see people thinking differently than them (I call them Fandom Nazis. This shit is a lot worser than the Kagome/Kikyo war that has THANKFULLY died down considerably which is why I'm starting to eye the Inuyasha section. There's newer better stories unlike the 'Kinkihoe' fics a lot of 13 year olds pro Inu/Kag used to write. Fans DO grow up and so does their writing which is a GREAT thing rather than having chars OCC'ed and hateful just because you can't stand them)

Why am I saying this after clearly writing a drabble on them? Well... The problem ROSE because of that drabble. Apparently an underager (I checked her profile and she's 14) loved it and mistakenly believed I was hardcore Ichi/Ruki. When she went to my profile, ALAS, I had an excerpt from a story that wasn't Ichi/Ruki friendly. She then dared to threaten me in a PM with some childish nonsense about refusing to review because of that other story I had up. She quote "delete that mean story or I swear I won't read anything else you write' . She then tried to convince me of how 'wrong' I was and I told her 'sweetheart... I'm 28, not some other misguided teenager that can't see anything beyond her own ass. I could care less if you review. In fact, I don't want you to review after you have ORDERED me to delete my own work. I write things for EVERYBODY, not just for people that like your pairing. I might write a long Ichi/Ruki in the future, but don't expect me to be doing it because I'm CRAZY for them. I like their stories, like how the work for each other in stories, but I'm not some zombie belonging to the new 'Ichi/Ruki Religion'. So quit pretending you can convert me, an ADULT, into your closed-minded way of thinking. Thanks."

You have to realize that as a grown up, you just don't find the comedic relief, arguments and OCC character bashing to be fun anymore. It actually becomes quite boring after a while.

I tend to get bored oh so easily. For real! Once I see that what motivates people to bitch is the thrill of fight, I get bored. I don't like fighting, but I do enjoy pissing people off and leaving them without any crap to say back. However... Since I'm BORED with it already, I'll just say some other stuff.

Started a really crazy Rukia-genderbender. Well, its not exactly COMPLETELY genderbender because she's still Rukia but the fic is more of an 'experiment' to see how everyone in the Bleach verse would react to having one of the group changing. Also there will be some funny events pertaining to the physiological changes to Rukia's body.

The fic I will continue on next, after 'Salvation' will be extending my Ulqui/Hime oneshot 'All Along'. My poll got spammed by the shiptards so I chose the fic with the most faves and reviews per chapter ratio. Easy peasy! That takes care of that problem.

I've been increadibly busy with personal stuff so my updating of LONG chapters will be slowed at least until X-mas is over. Sorry! Can't be helped!

I'm going to start my own forum in fanfiction.net. Yes I am! It will be called "Fanfic Madness" and it will address certain issues on not only that site but in every site.

Also. I noticed something really freaking weird happening in AFF. Someone that used to review for me (called Madbob) got his reviews deleted from EVERYTHING I've written. I wonder if it was the mods that did it or if he did it himself. Whatever. I won't put much stock into it though I still find it weird because I didn't do anything wrong and I didn't see him doing anything wrong (well he did have a story up with an incorrect disclaimer and that could cause a story to be hidden and even DELETED, though I don't know if that could delete an actual account. I'll have to check. *goes and checks* Yup! He has no account anymore! That's messed up. Guess I'll look at the Hall of Shame of the site to see why. Nothing! Even his anon-reviews have been deleted. I'll only update that particular story ONCE a month. Sorry but the lack of encouragement has led me to this. There's nothing more depressing than getting hundreds of hits per chapter upload and only four to five reviews. Hope some readers do understand my standing point with this issue (I'm a part of the revolution, you know)

SOMEONE CRAZY HAS EMAILED ME A PETITON SIGNATURE REQUEST TO MAKE ICHI/RUKI A ROMANTIC FACT! APARTENTLY THIS PERSON WANTS TO WRITE A LETTER TO KUBO ABOUT IT!

Now excuse me as I could shiver in trauma in a corner over the AUDACITY of some people.

Turns out that an Ichi/Ruki friend of mine (one of the few sane ones out there) put my email on the signature site as a practical joke! That's so EVIL! I'm now going to search up some Ichi/Hime hentai doujin to email them to her as a 'thank you'.

I can tolerate Ichi/Ruki as LONG AS THERE'S NO ORIHIME-BASHING! That's what the ones that troll me don't seem to get. Orihime is my main favorite character and seeing her get trashed by most of the fans of that pairing for merely having the misfortune of crushing on Ichigo ticks me off (and a lot of fans of her. Face it. A lot of the people complaining aren't even pro-Ichi/Hime. One of my 'anti' buddies actually obsesses over yaoi and likes Orihime on the side, so NOT ALL people against the 'tards' are crazy about Ichi/Hime.  Most of the people are just fervent fans of either Orihime or Renji himself, not of a specific ship.)

Anyways. Since I'm calmer now, I feel SO MUCH better. And I did indeed sign the petition and told the poor girl requesting  it that though I do like Ichigo and Rukia's friendly bond, I couldn't stand how Orihime was trashed because of it. My exact word were: "I didn't know being an Ichi/Ruki fan made it a requirement to hate Orihime. That's why I no longer support them this heavily"

Frankly, making them cannon or trying to influence Kubo's already set plot, would add more fuel to the ship war. I think it's best if we let out favorite mangaka do HIS OWN THING IN PEACE!

 

Yes...Another inevitable writer's block on my Ich/Tat story, but I don't want to update my other stories until I update that one in specific, so I'll probably take a couple of days off from the internet to get my thoughts in order (Ulqui.Hime is driving me crazy with ideas all the time and I can't stop!, besides that I keep thinking of doing a Kaien/Rukia fic)

Other than things happening here and there with the fandom, some family drama has resurfaced to bug me, so stress is yet another factor playing against me. Believe me. I hate this stuff as much as you guys do.
