User pics.. the promise that has never unfolded. Tonight I finally got the file upload component setup on my local machine. I need to write the output servlet and get the file input servlet kickin'.

Also, evan mentioned some internationalization issues tonight. I looked at the database tables and most everything is set to latin1 and latin1 swedish collation. (sorting)
