For some damn reason, BSA gets a pass. They're a "private" organization and can be selective in terms of their membership and leadership. However they can use (abuse) public locations (in this case schools). It's fine that the schools allow several organizations (some with religious ties) to come to the schools, but they should have some ground rules. Plus the teachers and administration should have stepped in and stopped the teasing. Just because a kid's beliefs aren't popular doesn't mean they're insignificant.
