The Design and Implementation of laffer1

I've started to write the web application phase of the rss mixing project I started awhile back.  Mostly, I focused on building security and basic classes for web pages today.

I see two pieces in the first version:

1. Search of existing content

2. Feed mixing with per user hash table of feeds.
